I have been waiting for approval from vawa for two years and 3 months, married to an American citizen with a fingerprint appointment for the i-485, how much longer should I wait for approval?

average processing time now is over 37 months. Some people have been waiting since 2020

I just got mine approved on March 4th. I applied for I-360, I-485 and I-765 at the same time on February 25th 2021 if that helps. I also had my biometrics done about 6 months after applying, and had no update up until now stating of VAWA approval and new ead production. Seems like yours should be coming up soon 🤞

each case have its own unique differences. I heard if you have been married overseas before it’s takes more time to investigate, I am 2021 still waiting, I got three prima facie and I got my combo card, from 2022 my status shows that USCIS received my applications and they are reviewing my case.
