@Tting l Wow okay, not good. First of all, you are doing an AOS right? Have you done biometrics? Only a 130 is showing on your profile. Have you had immigration violations? Second, NBC does not decide on the 130 or 485. It is a processing center that will send your application to the field office which depends on where you live. I will say, there is something wrong with your case. No one takes this long without updates or interviews/RFE. Have you tried calling USCIS? Have you contacted a congress person?

I have been waiting for my I-130, 1223 days. RFE responded 1 year ago and still reviewing.

@Tting l Cases at NBC do not take 5 years. They are a processing center, not where decisions are made.

you’re citizen shouldn’t take that long need to contact the USICS. you need to know what’s going on

my I-130 and I-485 is at nbc since 5/26/23 and we still don’t have an update and the earliest I can send an inquiry is in 2028 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve seen some cases approved less then a year I think it just depends on who is processing your case.
