I have actively case being reviewed for I-485 married based, going to file VAWA, need advise and information please
1. When filing Vawa , do I need to file a new I-485 if I want to add my children (they live outside the U.S) I married with a USC and we are separated now.
2. I have EAD and AP approved already, do I need to file a new I-765 and I-131 when filing Vawa ? can I use my existing EAD to work before I file Vawa

3. where can I hire a lawyer specialized in vawa with a lower fee ( I live in columbus, ohio now )

u can get any lawyer anywhere that’s good in this vawa case. a lawyer being good at it is key. moreso u don’t ve to see them bcus everything is online. they ll call u and address your situation virtue or over the phone n they ve a portal you submit every document. covid has taught us all all these now. if you re interested, I ve one I can recommend. they re affordable. 6k.

you can’t file i485 for kids who live outside the United States.
