I have a wrong PD typo error in my I797 approval notice
hello everyone,
i need an advice as i discovered a typo error on my PD date it is written 25-7-2020 the same like recived date and my correct date is 20-11-2019. which means until this moment i should be current to get my visa. the embassy didn’t give me the visa according to the wrong PD date written. when i did e- request to the USCIS to correct the date they responded that there is no evidence that i got wrong PD and the correct one is 25-7-2020. although i have an evidence from the Perm certification. i just want to ask how long will it take to correct my PD in the i797. I’m scared the date get retrogressed again in April visa bullitn and i’ll be not current at this point.
please any advice

mine took 3 weeks to correct through emma

but my error was wrong approval catagory in 140 approbal letter

when I contacted the USCIS they said the employer should correct it not the beneficiary. I don’t know if this correct or not
