I have a very important Question and need help.
My I-130 petition on family base green card has been denied by the USCIS, due to my previous marriage which was not legally terminated, my ex wife got divorce from the Court by way of khulla and according to muslim law we have to get final divorce certificate from Union Council after 90 days of getting divorce paper from the court decision, but after getting divorce paper from court i got married with the US women within 25 days while i had to wait 90 days for final divorce paper from Union council, and after one and half years the USCIS denied my petion on this ground and said that according to US law your marriage with the US women is illegal, Now my legal represented told me that you have to remarry with this women but she said you come to the US and then we will remarry again but it is very difficult to obtain US tourist visa from Pakistan While all my records are available with USCIS, Will the US government grant me a visa if I apply for a US tourist visa from Pakistan? Second is whether I can remarry with the same woman if I can then how???? please please help me?πŸ™πŸ™

Salam brother, Legally divorce your first wife and get a Document from then courts in Pakistan. Then find a state where you are free to marry as long as at least 1 person is present. i.e. your wife. Then reapply for your I-130.

@S A I got married again and submitted I-130 petition again on 22 February 2024, they sent a notice stated therein that they have received our case and now as of March 07, 2024, they are saying that your case is being actively review nothing is outstanding from you we will let you know if we require something from you. the question is that how much time they gonna take to approve my case.
