I have a question concerning the I-130 and the I-485.
I have a question concerning the I-130 and the I-485. if you apply for the 1-130 is it a must to apply for the I-485 in order to receive the SSN. Do they go hand in hand with each other ? will be happy to get a feedback, thank u.

@Alexa Dev . All depends if you qualify to adjust your Status. some applicants only are able to do a I130 and get Consular process or Adjust status which you will receive your SSN or could apply when your EAD is approved. bottom line your SSN will only comes with an EAD or GC.

oh okay thank you very much and applying for the i-130 is applying for the Green card right, even if it’s not the form I-485.
