I have a question
my question is: if someone who has been married for 3 years and applied for green card, can this person apply for naturalization once he receives the green card because 3 years have already passed?

@God is Good the fact that you have been married for three years you will receive a permanent green card “10 years” You can apply for citizenship 3 years later. Some people apply 90 days before the 3 year mark.

You can apply for naturalization when you have had a green card for 2 years and 9 months, not when you have been married to a citizen for 3 years.
