had anyone got thier case terminated or dismissed after being sent back to the immigration court, specially Tennessee immigration court. please share with me thank you all and I wish you all best of luck.

You don't need to go to the court, your lawyer should send the documents including the vawa approval letter.

hire a lawyer to represent you if you dont have already one, I had a motion to reopen and the lawyer took care of the court as well I provided all the documents but did not need to go to court myself.

@Mark Douglas @Lily S I know that and we did file a motion to terminate! I’m just asking if anyone got their case dismissed or terminated at that court.
