hi@George M I had the same situation, second RFE was about the proof of lawful presence in US, so basically I provided all documents supporting it and sent my response right a week before retrogression happened, they got it and after a few weeks case went to CRP. Interesting things about second RFE it just came in my mail box without updates in the system, anyways good luck with your RFE)

Hello there, I have received the same notice for 2nd RFE but unlike my colleagues here, the app showed me the update before I got it in the mail. What’s strange though is the 2nd RFE was only about providing my personal photo! I think they lost it somewhere and didn’t want to admit it, so they took all that time to request another pictures.

@tee am collecting all necessary docs….. such as proof of employment on the field, and all needed documents to also complement the request. so it all depends on the field you are working with… contracts, letters of recommendation, new research… 😓
