I got 2 differents results after Calling and Chatting with USCIS agents today
Today I called USCIS, the agent told me that my case is still at NBC. 1 hour later, I spoke via chat with an agent Emma, he told me that my case was transferred to San Bernardino on August 15th, 2024. I don't know who to trust anymore ๐

happened with me too , your case is at field office for adjudication, your case is considered at NBC long as its not at your local field office, some good live agents tell us the where exactly our case is some donโt, good luck

yeah it most likely is at the field office, itโs usually sent there to reduce backlogs at nbc, therefore you might expect a decision sooner or later. Letโs hope for the best.

Some officers will give you field office some wont so it depends on officer. It is most likely in San berbardino FO and they are slow compared to other FO

@Mike D yeah San Bernardino is slow 2 months since my case transferred I don't know why they take too long ๐

@Asylee Granted2022 same here two months and no movement. Do you know anyone whose case was already approved by this office. I have seen some posts on the case being approved in the timeframe of 1 to 6 months at this FO.
