I get interview scheduled for asylum office and I have my i360 approved with deferred action sijs and I already apply my i485 is there anyone know what I have to do
and my lawyer say he will write a letter and tell them we already have everything we want to withdraw the case

@Ak . my lawyer say if they don’t response to the letter I’ll go with you and we can appeal to them we wanna withdraw the case and they don’t take interview it’s that work ?
