This is not me saying it; it's USCIS saying it. They state that your case is being processed normally, so there is no need to contact them at this time. I checked it online, and this is exactly what they say.

@Franck ARNAUD thank ypu so much, Iknow the waiting on USCIS immigration so long,but from 2015 I don’t take and update of take A Dision for my case, it’s ok my case in real don’t take more than 12 year, Iknow the USCIS station so long and my case in being processing and my case from two months is “ready for case review “ inshallah good thanks for help “Franck”

@Raza Mehdi Ok,first you go to get inquiry date after you get inquiry date if your date is current you click on service request,After you go in website choose your complaint,After you click your complaint Enter your information:your case number,your case type, your visa type.After you Enter this information the USCIS need the petition first name and family name and other informations,After you Enter petition informations and click next the USCIS need the petition mail and Address: street name and street number and the city ,stste and zip code. After you End enter all informations click “submit” and the USCIS approved your inquiry wait allow 30-45days to get the answers for your inquiry

I chat with live agent about two months and she say ready for case review in California services center if you don’t chat with live agent you can chat with them ,but if USCIS allow to you submit a inquiry Hurry up to do it
