i filed for asylum since 2013 in NY my case is in court for years and when I call to check if there is any court date, the system does not contain any update on my case. what should I do?

can’t tell you what lawyer to get but get a really good one that’s gonna get the job done and not just about the money

I contacted the congressman regarding my case and they sent me a form to fill out that allows them to check over my case which I did. and today they sent me the answer stating that my lawyer has to send them a motion for them to schedule an immediate hearing date. my question is what kind of motion can I send to my lawyer?
