Congratulations!! I send out the expedite request for EAD because of the exact same reason( I am the pregnant one), and my expedite request have no response for 2months., I guess they are right that pregnancy is not the most comvincing reason in the eye of us is agent but definitely worth trying.

if you don’t have a job and If u cant take care a pregant wife then it’s urgent it impact baby’s health, if mom go through the mental stress YES it is URGENT! she needs to be happy and eat well! pregnant women has go to hospital checks weekly and need to have good food who will pay for that if this guy doesn’t have job? they are risking the baby’s health!!!!! you need mention that if you don’t have any source of income! luckly I had source of income untill my delivery but not now we have f****king so many bills to pay! Specially medical bills and weekly me and baby has to for check ups and I m not able concentrating on my baby due to lot of stress! Just keep checking the case status every day more than my baby!!!!!!! Which is really PAINFULL!!!!!!!!

@raheem smith no still waiting :((( I can’t apply for jobs without ead people who apply after us they are getting it and our files backing up it’s been a year! Earlier I had Job till arp30 later my different ead category got expired! Uscis told us we can’t work if our class category change to family based caregory Gc that’s where I got stuck! I had savings which used but I’m almost out of money! after baby our expenses increased a lot special diapers lol You can’t even imagine how many we have to buy weekly ahhhh!!!!
