I don’t want to give up.
I have tried everything in my capabilities to push my husbands case. every time I ask for an update or anything to do with case they say we are waiting. case since 2014. paid everything and have had to pay again.

what kind of case do you have? 10 years is too long. are you a permanent resident?
if you’re past the processing time you need to sue at this point.

we have a lawyer but we were approved about a yr ago almost two for the i601 I believe but I don’t know where else to seek help.
