I know...I've been so depressed and sad...my PD is 4/13/2020 and submission is 5/2021...If your case earlier than mine, I have to wait longer than you...

Thanks! I talked to USCIS today thru Emma and they told me that on Jan 31 my case will be considered outside normal times, let’s wait then..

I have my EAD. I haven’t received any interview or rfe for i485 besides the medical

Today I got an update for interview, I thought the interview was supposed to be waived. I’m scared. Anyone went to the interview already? How long after the interview do you get an approval?

if they call you in for an interview, you still have to wait until your pd gets current to get final decision. What was your status before the interview? They already sent you RFE medical?

My pd is current, rfe medical was sent in 2021. Status before was biometrics added to case.

in Feb, pd for eb3 unskilled moves back to Jan 2020

My PD was October 2020. I did interview in July 2021 (It was smooth, they ask me information about name, Date of born, about my work and about my status). After that nothing change until November when the move the case to “finger printing was added to your case”. After 20 days we received a RFE for medical and papers about our status (We were students. We sent I-20, payments record and school transcripts) The status never changed on website. We sent all papers in December and got approved in January. Yesterday we got our card on mail. I wish a good lock for everybody. God bless you all!
