I did apply for my daughter she’s 2 years old on March 2nd after they require a separate I-130 on aug 17th they said Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS and my wife got the visa already plz advis

you need to apply for a us passport for your daughter and not i130

if you a citizen then your under age child automatically becomes as citizen once you get her birth paper and ur citizenship paper

the thing is I become a citizen when my daughter turn into 5 month I know the new kid now automatically got his passport but my daughter born 5 month before I got my citizenship done

my lawyer advised me since day one to file 2 separate case for my wife and son, keep trying to expedite her case hopefully they will do so.

I try to expedite her case 2 times and got rejected
I’m worry for my wife visa got rejected few month later because of that wait any advice

@Ali Sulaiman as long as your child is not yet 18yrs , he/ she becomes USC once you get your citizenship
