I got the EXACT same message about 3 weeks ago, except my case went to Houston field office. Nothing has happened since then. Still waiting.

@ty th, I just talked to an agent through Emma and I asked about the progression of my case and if my case is in the local office. He told me yes it is in my local office, which is Phoenix. I received a NOA from the service center in Vermont. Does it mean my application is already being processed and moved from the service center to the local office? Also he told me that he doesn’t have any specific information about my case but as of 07/25/2023 my case is processing and I must continue to wait. Any idea what it means? They reused my biometrics and I haven’t heard anything since the 27th of June for the last notice. Thank you!

I contacted them and they told me that they cannot give me any information on my case and that my petitioner should reach out 🙃

I never got an rfe I don’t know why the app says that but they never sent me an rfe, the interview was good, we weren’t seperated and was told to answer questions one by one, these questions include how we met, how we arrived to the interview, our first date, our last date, what we like to do for fun, what is our highest level of education and what we did for July 4th.

I guess they considered the defiency notice an rfe since I didn’t submit my medical at the beginning, I brought my medical with me to the interview
