So sorry about it. It’s hard. Have you raised any service request? Have you talked to tier 2? Why is it taking so long?

@mercy coelho that’s true I am on my second ead thankful for that…I want my green card so I can get health insurance they denied me cause I don’t have green card the reason I hurt so much is because I have all my family in Jamaica and Barbados I have been living in the USA for 29years I wasn’t able to go home spend time with my grandparents before they died or attend they funerals my husband parents in Jamaica never got to meet them his brothers and sister got married never got to attend his last sister is getting married soon and at the rate uscis is going looks like I will miss that wedding also 29 years without visiting home hurts bad if anybody here is Caribbean they know the feeling to miss every carnival 800 days is a long time so I know you now how I feel but after crying I feel better and I know am bless because I have an amazing job even though Covid
S
Sassy AMar 3, 2022
@munchkin: I know exactly what you mean, I’m from the Caribbean too. So sorry about that. But you know have faith. It will happen sometimes soon. We are still waiting on hubby’s AOS too. Did you request congressional inquiry?
m
munchkin munchkinMar 3, 2022
@Sassy J no don’t know how to do that
S
Sassy AMar 3, 2022
Go search for you congress person by entering your zip code on the web, see who they are. Choose one of them Senator or house of rep. Then, browse their website look for where it says something like agency inquiry, or get their phone number and call. They will tell you how to proceed.
mercy LindseyMar 3, 2022
@munchkin munchkin I am sorry you had to go through all this… I will keep you in my personal prayers for you to receive your green card asap… I haven’t seen my family physically in the last 4 years… but atleast because I am here my family is having a better life I just think that way because of covid there are lot of issues in india for jobs & stuff… all I will say is don’t give up… you have come way to far now… god will listen to your prayers
