My last update was in October 2021 and now my PD is current and there are no changes yet.

Soon. Someone with a Dec 2021 PD was just approved. It also depends on what category of EB4. This person is a Religious Worker.

paco paco you said some one got approved with December 2021 it is not possible because right now in August visa bulletin Religious worker Final action date is 01 Jan 2021 why they approved please make us understand?

I don’t think so that would be real. My PD is July 2021; I have made two inquiries through Congressman and US Senator and I have received the same answer: Nothing can be done at this time because a visa number is not available for me. PD is the clue for them to work on your case.
If your PD is current and you haven’t received any answer yet, it might be because there are more cases ahead of yours. i.e. in july 2021 there are 167 cases.

@A khan @Neftalí Fé you are correct. My error: I meant to say someone with December 2020 PD and not December 2021. Apologies.
In my situation, I was recently approved with a May 2020 PD.
