mine also already said 4 weeks now it says that I already lost hope

I applied in 2021 and it’s says the same thing to me.

whats wrong with them? i have noticed one pattern that the people who had more months left, the uscis reduces ther time where as for the people who had less time left, they are showing us this notice that its taking longer

is there any problem is there system?

they haven't even call for biometrics etc

I also applied in 2021 my i130 also said the same this is my first time of seeing the processing time on my online account.

mine took 12 months to approve

@mahrukh farooqi it’s not a glitch because that maintenance is suppose to start today where people notice that processing time yesterday or day before. I spoke to agent and processing time doesn’t have anything to do with maintenance tonight. Also, what did you file and when since you haven’t received biometric appointment.
