Why would you submit another work permit? it's going to take long either way, they are very slow overall.

I did not submit my I-765 DT under parole at all, as did my partner, and my partner received it in less than a month.And I'm still waiting for permission. I'm looking into cancelling the process, why wait so long for nothing?

I am in the same situation. I will soon complete a year since I renewed my work permit and it has not arrived yet. A friend who came illegally applied for asylum 4 months ago and his work permit has already arrived.
How unjust that there are renewal cases that are stopped. I lost my job because I did not have my work permit.
