my husband entered the usa legally with visa when he was 13 but his parents got separated and he stayed in the us when he turned 18 he came back to Guatemala and stayed so we started the process for resident his inteerview went well and the officer was going to accept his paperwork but they didnt because he was considered an adult already and he was there illegally
