I saw a few Feb 8 filers gotten their EAD yesterday. a few I know from January haven't gotten theirs. so don't know how this all works lol

@us citizen - they are going extremely fast now, they are processing mid February applications now - so I think your wife will get her ead in 3 weeks or less. There was a huge backlog in October/November so that’s why it was taking so long, but it’s much better now.
