I have my i130 approved on September 1, 2023, and my i485 is still pending, my pd is march , I saw on lawfully where they wrote ur final action date has moved forward for 85 days , pls what does mean pls

@teetee fabulous that has nothing to do with U, U are married to a US Citizen & also applying from within the United States, your approval & issuance of Green Card have absolutely to do with visa bulletin cos Green Card is always available to those that are married to US Citizens & applied with in the United States.

@teetee fabulous yes. If U look U will see that spouse of US Citizens applying from within is not on the list.
