Case was reopened for reconsideration
Today is my birthday and I got really strange messages form case tracker.
My case was not approved, denied or anything like that either. I just sent RFE request to USCIS on time and couple weeks later it’s happened. I am confused 🤔

It was about relationships with my abusive spouse and also cause of abuse. I sent support letters from friends and also psychological evaluation from therapist.Joint statements of our bank accounts, Ultilities and also shared of residence included lease agreements.

@Alex 666 it shows case was reopened for reconsideration. I wasn’t close, denied. I just responded their request for evidence couple weeks ago.

that’s what exactly uscis does when they receive rfe , reopen and reconsider the case . this is normal
