anyone with RFE should share how they were notified and did it reflect in the tracking

@Girlhelped by God : did you already receive your I797C receipt notice in the mail? that will come to the mail without it showing in the case status. if a RFE is sent, it will reflect on your case status. you have to be very patient with USCIS as over worrying will drive you crazy. you’re just at the start of a very frustrating process. @T. G. I received receipt of notice immediately because I did premium processing and it is stated there that if approved I will receive email notification and if RFE they will send through US mail. am terrified as I have a lot going on at the same time.

@Girlhelped by God Exactly what I’m saying. it is the physical “paper” copy of the i797C that is been sent to you. just relax and wait for the notice.

@Josh B sadly my tracking now reads RFE sent or notice of intent. I will wait to receive it and check what they requesting for. I pray it’s nothing complicated.Sad

@Girlhelped by God this situation is so terrible, but dont panic, try to calm down, hope your RFE is not complicated, if you have lawyer by your side, it would be helpful, wish you luck

it would be an eye opener, I got RFE for my StemOPT requesting several docs, consluting with lawyers helped me alot

yes, they asked me everything including but not limited to my trascripts, projects, job offers, pay checks, bank statements

@Girlhelped by God dont get worried, your case is different, it is I-140, they should ask you some docs related to your employer’s ablity to pay you i think, talk to a lawyer

@S hopefylly praying thank you friend I will receive the mail tomorrow and find out what they are requesting for. it might be true. it’s not my employer that petition for me. I petition by myself. So why would they ask if my employer can pay for me. I just pray it’s not related to previous employment. let’s me just see what they need

I am having friends go over them for me because it’s a lot for me to process and I was already contemplating giving up because I have spent about $6000 already.
