no petition for mom first and after she received her green card she file for her kids if you file for them it going to take longer time .

Only petition for your parents. Once they get their green cards they can petition for your siblings. If you make the mistake of petitioning for your siblings it will take 15 to 20 yrs. Your parents petitioning for your siblings will take less than 5 yrs.
