I-94 Form with advance parole
Hi friends, I came to US with the Advance Parole card on my last entrance. Officer asked me what is the card and how I received it, I told him that I applied green card and they sent me this card along with my application. (He didn’t asked me how I apply the gc) Then he asked another police officer, the new police officer told the first officer that I should go him and he will process my entrance. so everything took less than 5 minutes but after some time when I check my passport he wrote LPR as type of entrance. Now I’m thinking to travel abroad and I feel like when I come back with the same advance parole they will ask me why I have LPR written on my passport. + when I try to pull my I94 form I can’t find anything online. Anyone had something similar? I have pending wava and this happened at JFK. the card will expire in November and I will be back mid october (3weeks total) do you think that it’s a problem? Thanks.

why do you need the I-94? LPR is not something bad though.

I don’t need I94 but I’m sure they will ask me on my next arrival and maybe they will ask me a second check because they are not gonna make a reasonable explanation for me being LPR neither can I.

LPR sounds like lawful permanent resident. same as green card.

@kings Kay yes but I don’t have an approved green card yet
