I-864w toward my I-485
Hi guys I got a letter in the mail today from local FO (NY) asking for I-864W request for me and my 13yrs old child. Can anyone explain to me what that is? my lawyer is a peace of 💩so I might hv to hire a new one for this.

You don’t need a Lawyer to fill i864W, it’s just a 2 - 3 pages form stating you are self filing and don’t need an Affidavit of Support for yourself. it’s just a form to show you’re exempted from Affidavit of Support
