submitted I-864w since I have the 40 credits but USCIS sent me RFE for I-864. Anyone in the same boat?

Hi, I resent the same form 864w and included the same evidence I sent at first. I just got my green card approved yesterday. Cheers

Congratulations!!! How long did that take? how long between when you first submitted the 186w and the RFE?

I submitted my i864W and got RFE that i864 is missing ? No sense. I will submit again the i864w with same evidence and add tax returns or script . What evidence did you submit originally with i864w?

@Klajdi V I had the same thing happen to me. How did yours go after resubmission of 864w
