I-864 Income Requirement
Hi everyone, I am a Permanent Resident and filing for my spouse. Since I am a recent resident, I have income of only 1.5 years, and the income from the last year satisfies the income requirement ad per the poverty guideline.. In I-864, they ask me to report income for three years.
Do you know if I should have a joint sponsor? Thanks for your help.

@Nas BK try to submit the tax returns and W2s for the years you have and also submit paystubs for this year .. I believe this will be enough and if not you won’t get rejected they will only send you a message asking for joint sponsor

Thanks for your response. Actually,. I do not want to delay my case for a joint sponsor, that's why I am asking if I should get one joint sponsor before they request.
