I-824 USCIS Update for Potomac Service Center
IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR POTOMAC SERVICE CENTER. USCIS Potomac Service Center Will No Longer Accept Paper Responses. I just copied from uscis website & pasted it below. Release Date: 11/06/2023 As of Aug. 21, 2023, the Potomac Service Center (PSC) has begun to move to a new facility in Camp Springs, MD, and can no longer receive paper responses to correspondence such as Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID), Notices of Intent to Revoke (NOIR), Intents to Deny (ITD), Requests for Evidence (RFE) or supporting documentation for filings currently pending at the PSC. PSC will no longer accept mailed correspondence beginning on Nov. 13, 2023. All mailed correspondence intended for cases processed by the PSC must be mailed to the Texas Service Center (TSC), unless otherwise noted. To avoid any processing delays, applicants and their representatives should instead upload their responses to their USCIS online account (for receipt notices that start with IOE-) or mail them to the Texas Service Center at: USCIS Texas Service Center Attn: Digital RFE 6046 N Belt Line Rd. STE 114 Irving, TX 75038 Whoever case is pending in potomac for long time I suggest please contact with texas service center with your receipt number specially those of you who is waiting for I-824 for longer period of time. Please contact with texas service center as they mentioned in uscis website. I wish you all the best guys!

@Allah Greatest my i-824 case is in potomac for 18 months now. how do i cantatct them as you mentioned above?

@Abu Chowdhury As they updated on USCIS’s website if anyone has pending cases in potomac then they should contact with texas service center cz of moving to new facility . So yeah you should contact with Texas service center about your case.

@Allah Greatest how do i contct them about my case? whats the process? if my case starts with YSC it aumotatically goes to potomac with online inquiries. Im cofused

@Abu Chowdhury Actually I also have no idea about this. Maybe trying to mail into texas address? Also mention in the letter that uscis updated on their website to contact with texas about any pending cases in potomac.
