i-824 till when??
I don’t know what’s goin on this is really confusing.
i applied for my wife i-130 visa in 2020 after a long time of waiting for the approval we had to file i-824 to transfer the file to NVC but i don’t know what they are trying to do..i try to call them to check the status of my case they don’t give me any answer they say that they can’t talk to me they only can talk to my wife!!! my wife is the beneficiary and she lives out of the country!! i’m the applicant what do u mean u can’t give me any information??? what the hell is goin on here??

if you are not lucky, it going to be another long wait for you. I waited 15 months already and still counting. were you green card holder when you applied i130?

a i824 is when you don’t specify if the beneficiary is in the US or outside, I waited 7 months, heard of people waiting for over a year some even recommend filing another i130 since is the same price

my brother whenever u call USCIS for your 1824 case just give them your A.. Number instead of your case number

@Ray K just do conference call with your spouse and they will answer your question.they want just confirmed your spouse basic details by owns.that's it..!! it will work..

@vvp vpe you should be able to submit a service request / call USCIS if you’re still waiting for your I130. You’re def over the normal processing time…

@Ray K have you tried contacting your congressman? I would in your situation. You can ask them to help you request an expedite on your case based on humanitarian reasons
