congratulations, what was i824 for?

@jonny black how did you talk to their supervisor? i tried multiple times to talk to tier 1 call back but never got call back from them. If i talk to the live agent they say same thing as yours, it shouldnt take this long, unfortunately no luck yet. Filled sep 2022 one year has passed. 😭

I-824 was for sending my approved I-130 to the NVC. we just got lucky I guess. I spoke in the live chat until the operator created a call back with a tier 1 agent. I gave my wife’s details as had to be an American phone number. my wife got a call from a tier 1, he agreed it was too long. He then spoke to his supervisor who took our case and then she rang my wife saying our someone was looking at our case, then two days later we got an email from NVC. I think we just got lucky with the people we spoke to as they were really helpful.

@safat Sami when u call them the voice will ask u and say info pass appointment they will pass u through the live agent.

i tried that. i cant get through to talk to somone on phone
