i-824
Anyone here waiting for i-824 processing at potomac service center? 11 months and still waiting. i did congressional inquiry after four months they replied to my congressman which did not help me at all they replied my case is still pending. I have done a lot of online inquirues, sent multiple physical letter to them. called them hundreds of times they are not responding to anything at all. This is the worst situation i ever faced with my case. literally put me in depression. waiting 3 years now.

my I-824 finally approved on June 15 2023 which I filed July 11 2022. it was first NBC then January 11 2023 sent it to Potomac service center for fast processing

still waiting, filed on June 27th then transferred to Potomac on January 17th from NBC since then it still nothing. tried all what you mentioned, I am waiting 13 months and still counting

i already waited 3 years for the i-130 approval and now i have to wait for the i-824 to be approved..can you please send me the phone number you are reaching them with?

@Ray K its the same uscis contact number. There is no hope to call and talk to those stupid agents they cant do anything. All the information they provide is known. I was literally begging them to contact me to one of immigration officer and i was told twice that i will get a call but never received.
