I-824 foam
I have already filed i-824 foam for my spouse and it’s been 13 months. My greencard card has been approved. Should I file i-130 or just wait and go through i-824 foam. I haven’t received any approval from uscis for i-824. Did the senator inquiry this week for i-824 at uscis.
