I-824 counselar process
I’m almost to the point where I can expedite or submit inquiry due to “outside of normal processing time” since my case has been going since November of 2020. my question is, has anyone done this and been successful? or what is the outcome, how do I go about it ?

Call the USCIS number every day at 8:00am just keep saying (infopass) until they contact to a live agent and then you tell him what you want. And if you couldn’t reach them by phone the try to contact by Emma just go to https://www.uscis.gov/ when you open the link you will see three lines up right corner click on it ,go to the last word which said (chat with Emma) chat( expedite my case)keep saying that until contact with live agent

i requested an outiside normal processing time. a month later I got an RFE with the next step. once we responded it went slow. my guess is because the USCIS stated the day the received my response to stop processing cases that would be transferred to the national processing center.
