I-824 application
Hi everyone one, my wife filed her I-824 for the Green Card in August 2023. It’s been 425 days since the filing date and we are still waiting for a response. Her case was transferred from the National Center in November 2023, but we never received the official notice related to the new location. Anybody in the same situation? #i824

that 1-824 form take eternity to approve I file that same form from the July 28 2022 and I just got it approved oct 3 2024 and my case send to the NVC and that was 26 months waiting

it’s been over 550 days and still no feedback from USCIS has been received. I got a senator involved and it looks like the Texas service center has not assigned my case to an officer…. this is unbelievable!!!

hello everyone, I am posting here to share an update. after 2 years my wife’s I-824 was finally approved. now, it’s been already three months since we received the approval notification but still NVC has not received the documents from USCIS, meaning that we cannot proceed with the next steps (DS-260, medical examination, interview,…). I’ve inquired to USCIS several times already, as well as with NVC, which confirmed that the delay is 100% on USCIS end. I also got a US Senator involved but still no resolution. any similar experience? thank you all!
