Did you put the paycheck inside the form i-824 also? you need to send it together with the payment prove. You can get the paycheck at the post office. They knew which one. My husband was only sent the form at first, and we didnt get any reply. After that, we tried to find out by chat EMMA live agent of uscis. And they asked about it. After my husband sent the form together with the paycheck, we got the reply from uscis within 2 weeks and we found out which service center that process our case. Hope this help.
