I 765 renew
I filled my 765 last year for renew and received their receipt letter on October 15 2024. then I got their I 797 regards previous fingerprintes were used . but nothing update online at uscis case status. it’s been 10 month since I filled and 5 month since I got their finger prints letter. I’m worried. what should I do ?

you have to contact them if you have atty let your atty contact them if not ask help to the ombudsman or congressman

@Taran s This is bcos you filed it in a wrong address as I did for my I-131. Vermont & Nebraska Centers are extremely busy to have time for Renewal of AP & EAD. My AP application that I submitted had spent over 13months, no decision yet.

@GOD HAVE MERCY I filled only 765 . where else I could have filled except these locations?
I research at uscis where to file if I live in California so I follow up the instructions and I received their recipet letter on Oct 15 2024. and then they also send me another letter for reused my old finger prints on Feb 5 2025. they only thing where I got confused is I don’t see any update on check status it says the same case was received. they took my old finger prints . so seems like status should have been changed like finger prints were taken or something idk.
