Eugenia sFeb 23, 2021
that’s crazy! when it gets closer to my date it goes back 3 months
kanon LagoFeb 23, 2021
I was supposed to submit a outside processing time today but it went all the way back again, uscis is a scam
Eugenia sFeb 23, 2021
same here!! I can’t believe
kanon LagoFeb 23, 2021
it is better to forget them and go about your daily life that crazy ,we pay money for our cases
Eugenia sFeb 23, 2021
but they do not care about the money we have spent, they do not know the peace of mind it gives us when we receive our EAD and greeen card

@eugenia I am in a similar boat - May 26th PD.. still no EAR..Can’t quite believe we’ve been relying on my spouses income alone for 10 months, it’s almost inmpossible to expect people to successfully navigate this process without a lot of debt.
kanon LagoFeb 23, 2021
yeah loan or debt, cause you can't work how you gonna live
Silvina dCFeb 23, 2021
it is awful. we really need another income to survive as a family. I don’t know how we will be able to make it. Our credit card debt is through the roof, we have been living from our in laws and we can’t go on like this...the situation is truly dire
Eugenia sFeb 23, 2021
I live in Texas which is cheap, we want to move because the neighborhood where we live is very bad, having children but with one salary it is impossible to do so, this situation is driving me crazy
R 92Feb 23, 2021
so sorry to hear many others in the same boat. we are fortunate my wife works in healthcare and the need for her job has been through this roof this year (sadly) but living costs in CA are extremely difficult. like you all say, it’s impossible not to build up credit card debt during these wait times.

They cancel my biometrics due to bad weather last week in southwest Houston... Fucking uscis
keeping thehopeFeb 24, 2021
What parameters do they use to process EAD in 3.5 Months and others in 11 months??
@ AzarFeb 24, 2021
same here. pd May 26th NBC C09 Houston Texas. biometrics were taken on January 4 no approval yet
R 92Feb 24, 2021
3.5 - 11 months is such a large differential too. surely it’s realistic to post 9-11 months as that seems to be the most consistent processing time for almost everyone doing marriage-based AOS

PD for I765 9 oct

applied early may last year biometric in august end they denied my travel permit and EAD for weird reasons
still waiting to get interview date.
kanon LagoMar 5, 2021
what reason ,they give you the notice
c desaiMar 5, 2021
well on travel permit it said i entered US illegally where as I have a stamp from JFK AIRPORT on my passport
c desaiMar 5, 2021
and ead on said I may be inadmissible for procuring benefit my fraud and misrepresentation.
which the benefits defined are citizenship green card and EAD my last ead was based on my F-1 so its just bonkers
kanon LagoMar 5, 2021
that's weird
D SMar 5, 2021
that’s really weird
keeping thehopeMar 5, 2021
Did you contact a lawyer?
c desaiMar 6, 2021
yupp even they were like that’s weird and it wasn’t RFE just straight up denial so couldn’t do much other than try and appeal it which is more expensive than putting in new application.
well lawyers came up with explanation that apparently the copy of passport that I submitted I had forgot to have a page with immigration stamp on it even though i had submitted my i-94 so that might have led them to believe so and they did not further check up if I entered legally or not hence affecting both decision since they were at same benefit center
