mine is 22 Feb.

Jan cases without expedition? if yes, then I think we might also get it in a month time

i filled in October 2020, still not approved.

@arthi- how one can we find the most recent date of approved cases?is there any app? Since you mentioned Jan cases are being approved, mine is Jan 6 and am still waiting (though mine was a standalone application).

mine is H4 + H4 EAD. H4 was approved in April. Bio was done in February

h4 EAd is also pending at CSC since mid March. tried expediting it but it got denied. also my h4 is pending at Texas center applied online

I also expedited, but it's been more than 10 days now, no response of ER from USCIS

no. still there is no update. when I expedited, they said I will get a response within 7 days. it's been 4 weeks now, no update. 🙁

hmm try calling them again. I raised another expedite on my h4 that also got denied for me :(

I called for the status of expedite request. she said, wait for another 10-15 days. you will get the response.

i feel the problem is USCIS contact center is giving different answers. They are not consistent with their process.

I have seen someone posted in a group on Facebook, that she called USCIS and talked to an agent and the agent told that they are currently finishing the requests with RD Jan and Feb 2021 and soon they will move to march 2021 requests. p.S. we can just hope for the best and can just wait

thank you for letting me know. that’s giving me some hope. my problem is that h4 extension is also pending at California since February so they won’t process mine till h4 visa extension is granted I think
