i-765 for L2 Holder
I submitted my i-765 application back on March 19th 21, still waiting for approval. I didn’t receive any appointment for biometrics or so (I understand it is not necessary for some cases), someone on the same boat?

I applied in July to California service center. I am on L2 too and don't need biometrics.

Also spoke with an attorney and told me that, sometimes and due to a new policy biometrics not required for my case. still wondering when Im gonna get my EAD approved :( There is a new settlement for L2 staying we won’t require EAD to work but USCIS needs to update our i-94 first. just waiting for what happen sooner.

Individual I765 decision or new I94 whichever is earlier, we are good to start working.
