I-765 EAD Renewal, VSC or NBC
Hello,
Regarding i-765 EAD (C09, marriage based), should a renewal application be mailed to Vermont service center or NBC?
NOTE: I have i-485 adjustment application pending (held in abeyance) at NBC and i-360 VAWA petition pending at Vermont center.
2021: i-485, i-130, i-765…. filed at NBC
2022: i-360 VAWA filed at VSC

I was told once you do vawa everything goes to Vermont

Send your renewal request to the office that mailed you three C09. Usually NBC. Vermont only issues C31 WP after VAWA approval. Good luck to you

Ask a lawyer, they moved Vawa office to Nebraska recently. Google it.

my lawyer just sent mine to Vermont. she said only new applications are being sent to Nebraska

@Big Joe you are fine my lawyer sent mine last week to Vermont. the notice said only new application for vawa is being sent somewhere else

@jhene d mine was delivered on the 24th Feb 2023 at the Vermont Today is the 28th Feb 2023. I am yet to receive a Notice of Action. Lemme keep my fingers crossed.

I have same situation, did anyone get their work permit renewal approved, if yes, did you guys send it to Vermont or NBC?
