I-765 EAD APPROVED - FILED IN JUNE 2021
I did by myself request to expedite the processing of my EAD on November 19, 2021 due to severe financial lost to company or individual. I received an email from USCIS for further evidence on November 29. I sent them by email and fax on December 1rst and my EAD was approved on December 2nd, 2021. On December 07, 2021, I did receive my EAD approval and today I receive my employment authorization card. I’m happy to receive it and I thank the Great Architect of the Universe. It’s important to share some information to the community because these informations always give hope to someone you never know. Here is my timeline:
— December 6, 2021 Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service
— December 6, 2021 We mailed your new card your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, directly to the address you gave us.
— December 3, 2021 We approved your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.
— December 2, 2021 We ordered your new card.
— December 2, 2021 We approved your request for expedite processing.
— June 15, 2021 We received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.

First of all, my first request didn’t work on October 26. On November 19, I also used EMMA and then I got an officer. I did explain to him what kind of financial loss I have been facing and he gave me a referral number. Ten days later, I did receive a request for further evidence like to justify a pending job offer. I didn’t have any pending job offer. I had written a letter to explain why my EAD process should be expedited and I have given at least one proof for each supporting statement put forward in the letter. Instead of pending job offer, I did expose my skills from my bachelor’s degree in Engineering. I sent medical paper, a copy of my foreign degree, etc.
