I-765 delays (Received on May 25, 2021 still waiting for decision)
I applied for STEM OPT extension and my case was received May 25, 2021 at Chicago Potomac processing center. Still waiting for decision. Does anyone have similar situation and aware of any significant delays ?
(ps. all my other friends received EAD. We applied same time at same center) #i765 #delay

it depends on the officer and how much case load each officer has. Hence slight differences in approval timings.

it might be that the officer handling your case has been reassigned, and their pending cases put on the shelf.
