I-765 delay
hello everyone.
my pd is 09/13/2022. 08/21/2023 and still waiting for I-765 it’s been 342 days and nothing. tried to expedite on 07/19/23 and didt get a response so I tried to expedite again on 0/18/23 and they told me to give it another 7 business days. it’s been a long and tedious journey for me. some days it is normal but some days I’m extremy depress about this situation. I’m hoping that this expedite request gives me the answer I’m waiting for. anyone with a similar case/scenario with a word of advice or valuable information?

how do you do the expedition? my PD is 08/19/22 and I haven’t received my EAD yet either. please let me know

@Mrs. Blair I went to Emma live chat and typed “speak to live agent” like two times. after that you are going to be connected to an agent and let ‘em know what’s your case type and emergency. they are going to open an expedite request and give you a case number (that is 0 useful) so you know there is an open expedite request that hopefully they take care of.

Waiting since April 25th, 2022. Submitted multiple expedite requests. In April of this year one was submitted through the Congressman and he received an update that it will be sent for processing in May. July the email said it is being reviewed but delayed due to workload factors which have nothing to do with my case and then they sent the exact same email again on August 11 smh.
