just came automatically to mail 5 days after EAD card

my card came on October 24 and I received my ssn on October 28 or 29 o don’t remember exactly the day but was Wednesday!

you are good to leave your Status because you are under pending adjustment of status. i am in Dallas @sharon

@leah Janis yes that time I haven’t received my Ead. and I wasn’t working any where i was free at home. watching movies i recivied my ead in feb and back to work

@leah janus once yoh havr filled 485 and you left your F1 status yoh are good. because your case is pending with uscis so no worries but if you lrft your status before Applying Ead and getting your reciept and if yoj are married to us citizen. it will be forgiven to you

@ Luqman Jamil I already applying to i485 and even took my biometrics. And now I want to leave school, but the only fear of mine is that it could delay my EAD…. I have a friend that married an USC but she only received her EAD together with her green card (16 moths after applying)… I also married an USC so I’m afraid of happing the same with me in case I leve by F1 status now

i applied 485 in June 2020 and receied Ead in feb 2022 @leah janis

@leah janis it won’t effect your case. dont worry. but yoj wont be able to work. on f1 yoh can work part time 20 hours and on opt you can work full time. but when yoj will leave your status yoj wont be able to work legally

Hi guys I’m F1 too . I already have my EAD/AP on hand also my interview will be oct 25 . I still keep my status I know that a lot of people don’t keep going to school but I keep my F1 bc the letter says you have to keep it until you get a new AOS approved

well each what you normally ask will say that you can leave the status but they probably didn’t received the letter yet and leave the status because others do . I wait until I got my notification and approval for EAD/AP and it says the approval of EAD/ AP is not a warranty of approval for your AOS . I keep mine because you never know but I think is a personal decision

7 months but what I noticed now are working faster
