I-765 C14
It's been 444 days since I submitted my I-765 under C14, but I still haven't received any information or an update. I already submitted my RFE evidence. I applied to expedite the application request more than 3 times, but it was denied. They are saying it's still in normal processing time. I really need my work permit to go to college, and I am missing a lot of opportunities. It's so frustrating since I don't have anyone to help me, and I am an SIJ. I need some advice or at least hope for what's going on and what I should do.

Sue them. Seriously. A year and a half for an I-765 is ridiculous. I filed a writ of mandamus myself without a lawyer, and it worked. If you can’t afford an attorney, ask ChatGPT to help you understand the process step by step. USCIS shouldn’t be able to leave people waiting indefinitely while claiming it’s still “normal processing.” Sometimes the only way to get them to act is to take them to federal court, sue those fucking assholes
